1. Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and to meet our obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Washington Law Against Discrimination. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing effort, not a one-time project.
2. Measures we take
- Semantic HTML with landmark regions, headings and labelled form controls.
- Keyboard operability for navigation, search, cart, checkout and the privacy preference center, including visible focus styles and Escape to close dialogs.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons, and decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
- Color contrast targets that meet or exceed WCAG AA for body text and interactive controls.
- Responsive layouts that support zoom up to 200% and reflow on small screens without loss of content.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences and avoidance of content that flashes.
- Accessibility considered during review of new features and third-party components.
3. Known limitations
Some third-party content, such as embedded maps, payment pages and supplier-provided product images, may not be fully accessible because it is outside our direct control. Where that happens we provide an alternative route to the same information — for example, store addresses and hours are always available as text, and our staff can complete any order by phone.
4. Alternative ways to reach us
If any part of the Services is a barrier for you, we will help you complete your task another way, at no additional cost:

5. Feedback and complaints
We welcome reports of accessibility barriers. Please tell us the page or feature involved, the assistive technology and browser you use, and what happened. We aim to acknowledge reports within 5 business days and to resolve confirmed issues promptly, prioritizing anything that blocks a purchase, a pharmacy request or access to store information.
