3. Exercise your privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the following rights. We honor all of them for every customer, regardless of where you live:
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you, and receive a portable copy.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete your personal information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising and profiling.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
- Appeal a denied request, and be free from retaliation for exercising any right.
Submit a request by emailing privacy@oldmillcountrystore.com, calling (509) 248-1650, or writing to 1504 S 36th Ave, Yakima, WA 98902. Include the email address on your account and the right you wish to exercise. We verify requests using information already associated with your account and respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may act for you with written permission.
Signed-in customers can also review and update account and order details directly from My Account.
4. Health data choices
Washington residents have additional rights over consumer health data, including the right to withdraw consent and have that data deleted. See our Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice.
5. Marketing opt-outs
Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message. Reply STOP to any marketing text message. Transactional messages about orders, deliveries and pharmacy requests continue regardless, because they are necessary to provide the service you requested.
